I was told to expect my shipment by Wednesday, Sept 28. As of today (Sept 27) UPS has still not received the item for shipment. Don't think I will get it tomorrow. I have tried to contact the company by phone and email - neither have been responded to. I am in the process of trying to cancel my order and will order from another merchant.	Overall Rating

When I finally received an email stating that the product shipped - I had already had to buy others for a customer visit. The website says GUARANTEED to ship within 48 hours and credit card not charged until shipped. This is not true! I had a UPS shipper number and my card was charged but it only shipped once I called and left 5 messages in 1 day!!!! I asked for them to be overnighted but they shipped them ground. I still have not heard from 2wheelbikes and have sent 2 more emails.	Overall Rating

patandpatti from unknown Member Since: 05/12/2011 View Member's: Reviews	so far, so good. my only hitch was when entering the different delivery & billing addresses at checkout, the site program would only allow one or the other of the addresses, not both, until I had filled in the credit card info, only then did it allowed me to go back and enter the second address. I'd not had that happen before with any online purchase. Bottom line for me is if 2wheelbikes can deliver the goods in 3 business days, undamaged, and without a lot of "online Retailer" grief.
